Preparation
Step 1: Marinate and Cook the Beef

Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Sauté in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked.
Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables
Mushrooms & Carrots: Slice and sauté separately with a little oil. Season lightly with salt.
Spinach: Blanch spinach in boiling water for less than 30 seconds. Drain and mix with green onion, garlic, salt, and sesame oil.
Bean Sprouts: If using fresh, lightly blanch. Then season with green onion, garlic, salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Step 3: Cook the Rice
Prepare 3 servings of rice (white or brown rice both work well).
Step 4: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Step 5: Assemble the Bibimbap
In each bowl of rice, neatly arrange portions of:
Cooked ground beef
Sautéed mushrooms
Carrots
Seasoned spinach
Seasoned bean sprouts
Top with a spoonful of the gochujang sauce and mix everything together before eating! You can also add a fried egg on top!
